The Florida Film Festival


We are thrilled to announce that the WORLD PREMIERE of our film will take place at the 2012 Florida Film Festival!  Every year the Florida Film Festival premieres the best in current independent and foreign cinema. This year they will salute their 21st anniversary by bringing in more films they consider to be the best of the best, including our feature documentary AN AFFAIR OF THE HEART!  In fact, we have been selected to be one of 10 feature documentaries in competition.  This means we will be up for three awards, including the audience award.  So if you make it to our screenings, be sure to give fill out the audience award form!  FYI:  It’s based on how high we are graded by the audience.

With over 160 cutting-edge films, 100 visiting filmmakers, plenty of special guests, and non-stop events, this festival will do everything to ensure 10-days of Film, Food, and Fun.

We don’t know exactly the times we will be showing our film, but we know it will be twice in the course of the week and most likely our second screening will on April 19th. As soon as we have their 2012 programming schedule, we will post it here.

The Nashville Film Festival

The Nashville Film Festival had about 3000 entries for this year’s film festival which takes place April 19-26. AN AFFAIR OF THE HEART was chosen out of these 3000 to be one of the films to represent the Music Films category.
